Spencerport Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation is located at 37 N. Union St which is one block north of the canal bridge in the village of Spencerport.  It is at the corner of North Union Street and Upton Avenue.

From Route 531:

     Take Route 259 North through the village of Spencerport and across the canal bridge.  Turn left on to Upton Ave.  The parking lot is behind the building.

From 104:

    Take Route 259 South.  After passing the traffic light at Big Ridge Rd, turn right on to Upton Ave.  The parking lot is behind the building.
